CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns in case of damaged products only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and with the price tag. You will also need to share the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at customercaretuline@gmail.com along with a call to +91 8589021129, 8589001024. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the items are received at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the same and issue a coupon worth the product price which can be redeemed immediately on the next purchase.

Once refund is initiated we need 3-5 days to settle back to the original source of payment.

The return and exchange has to be completed within 7 days.

CANCELLATION IS NOT POSSIBLE ONCE ORDER IS PLACED (EXCHANGE ONLY)

Modification of shipping address is possible only through our Customer Care Services. call to +91 8589021129, 8589001024. Please note that the changes can be made only before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our products once the order and payment is confirmed. We use third party shipping services to ship the items across India and overseas.

We process and ship every order within 3-4 working days. Your order will get delivered within 10 Business Days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility. For International Shipping, the average delivery time is 15 Business Days depending on the country of residence.
